What is the employeeInsite Work Landscape assessment?
The employeeInsite assessment is a tool designed to help employees and leaders understand and improve their work experience. It focuses on The Six Essential Work Experiences that contribute to a thriving workplace.
What are The Six Essential Work Experiences?
The Six Essential Work Experiences are:
  • Security: Trust in the intentions and actions of leaders
  • Connection: A sense of belonging and positive relationships
  • Alignment: Clearly defined values and goals used to synchronize efforts
  • Purpose: Feeling that your work is meaningful and impactful
  • Value: Feeling supported and empowered to contribute
  • Accomplishment: Able to experience growth and success in your work
What will employees receive after completing the assessment?
After completing the assessment, employees will instantly receive a personalized Work Landscape Report. This report provides insights into The Six Essential Work Experiences, highlighting their Peak Experience and personalized action steps.
What information will leaders receive?
Leaders will receive a Team Landscape Report after the assessment window is closed. This report provides an overview of their team's Work Experiences, including which experiences are most critical to improve and which to continue prioritizing.
Will I be given access to view company level results?
Your executive team will be given access to an online portal that will show the aggregate results for your entire organization. You will have the ability to group, sort, and filter data based on the information you provide us during your HR Import process.
Can leaders see individual employee results?
Leaders do not have access to individual Work Landscape Reports. However, they will see each team member's Peak Experience (what is most important to them), which can help guide their one-on-one conversations and support strategies.
